FTIN Team: Leadership

FTIN was formed in March 2005 by Richard Young, an individual with significant experience creating new markets and applying technology in new and innovative ways.

Richard Young, Managing Partner
A former sales executive at IBM and founder of previous startup Landlord Protect, brings over 30 years of business management experience.  His vision and business acumen enabled Landlord Protect to become the largest regional business services provider in its segment.  He has a BA in Business Management, is a Vietnam Veteran and has the creative ability to not only think of new and innovative ideas, but the business savvy to actually implement them.
